We were part of the team trying to secure the $2.6 million in additional funding for right-of-way for SR 78 from Chiquita West to Burnt Store Road, and worked with private property owners in the corridor to secure their dedication of right-of-way.
We produced and presented the feasibility study for the Mid-Cape Commerce Park Neighbor Community Redevelopment Area. The Community Redevelopment Agency reviewed and unanimously approved the study and recommended it be forwarded to the City Council and County Commission for their approval.
